Replaceable filter for 3M 6000 series fine dust mask re-usable.

Flexible modular filter system: The various filters are easily attached to the mask using the bayonet click system.

Please order half mask body and filter separately!

Particle filter system:

3M 2125 P2 R: Particle protection P2 filter set (2 filters)
3M2128 P2 R with activated carbon filter: Particle protection P2 filter set with activated carbon filter (2 filters)
3M2135 P3 R: Particle protection P3 filter set (2 filters)

Filter classes:

R: reusable/reusable
NR: non-reusable/non-reusable (for single use)

Particle filter Filter class P1: Protection against solid particles and liquid inert substances; maximum permissible pollutant concentration 4 times the OEL value with a fine dust mask re-usable.
Particle filter Filter class P2: Protection against solid and liquid particles of less toxic (harmful) substances; maximum permissible pollutant concentration 10 times the OEL value with a fine dust mask re-usable/15 times the OEL value with a full face mask.
Particle filter Filter class P3: protection against solid and liquid particles of toxic and very toxic substances; maximum permissible concentration of pollutants 30 times the OEL value with a fine dust mask/400 times with a full face mask.
Activated carbon filter: protects against unpleasant odours.

Class P filters are not suitable for protection against gases and vapours (e.g. substances containing solvents)!

Filter class AX (identification colour brown): Protection against gases/vapours from organic compounds, boiling point > 65°C. NR (not reusable). Not permitted for use with gas mixtures.
Filter class A (identification colour brown): Protection against gases/vapours of organic compounds, boiling point < 65°C.
Filter class B (identification colour grey): Protection against inorganic gases and vapours (e.g. chlorine, hydrogen sulphide, hydrocyanic acid).
Filter class E (identification colour yellow): Protection against sulphur dioxide, hydrogen chloride.
Filter class Hg (identification colour red): Protection against mercury (vapour). Max. Max. operating time 50 hours.
Filter class K (identification colour green): Protection against ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives.
Filter class A + formaldehyde: Protection against gases/vapours from organic compounds, boiling point > 65°C + formaldehyde.

Filter capacity 1 (small): 0.1 vol-% (1000 ppm), 30 times the limit value with a fine dust mask re-usable / 400 times the limit value with a full face mask
Filter capacity 2 (medium): 0.5 vol-% (5,000 ppm), 30 times the limit value with a fine dust mask re-usable / 400 times the limit value with a full face mask
Filter capacity 3 (large): 1.0 vol-% (10000 ppm), 30 times limit value with fine dust mask re-usable / 400 times limit value with full face mask

3M bayonet gas and vapour filters are not suitable for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or contain dangerous concentrations of airborne particles. Replace the 3M bayonet filters for gases and vapours according to the documented replacement interval or earlier if you notice any odour, taste or irritation caused by pollutants.

Examples of use:

P2: Grinding, cutting, drilling cement, concrete, wood (excluding hardwood), stone, steel (excluding stainless steel); soldering; welding mild steel, zinc
P3: Grinding, cutting, drilling hardwood, stainless steel; welding stainless steel
AX: Handling acetone
A1: Bonding with solvent-based adhesives
A2: Cleaning with white spirit/nitro thinner, painting solvent-based paints, processing synthetic resins
B: Welding work (as ABE-P filter)
E: Cleaning work with acids
K: Slurry work (as ABEK filter)
ABEK: Handling liquid fertilisers
ABEP: Cleaning processes with acids, welding
A2P3: Spraying solvent-based paints and synthetic resin paints

Please note: The application examples serve as a rough guide. Check the protection requirements in each individual case depending on the material and exposure!
