The mobile piston compressor with belt drive is completely ready for connection and equipped with all safety devices and fully automatic on/off operation. It has quality quick-release couplings and a high-quality CONDOR pressure switch.

The high-performance unit made of grey cast iron and the low speed guarantee maximum running smoothness and therefore a long service life for the device. Easy start-up is ensured not only by the toothed drive belt, but also by the start-up capacitor and the start-up relief valve. An aftercooler with large cooling fins keeps the boiler inlet temperature and thus the humidity in the compressed air low. The compressor is optimally cooled by the large fan wheel and a cooling air baffle on the cylinder. A sturdy metal belt guard ensures safety, as does the flexible armoured hose line with heat protection: it prevents vibration breakage.

The 400 volt models are equipped with a phase inverter as standard so that the direction of rotation can be easily reversed manually. A motor protection switch protects the high-quality electric motor with high torque from overheating and overloading.

Puncture-proof PU foam wheels and a sturdy steering chassis with parking brake ensure easy transport - the compressor does not have to be lifted when travelling. The ergonomically extended handle with rubber grip provides even more comfort, allowing an almost upright position.

The tank is hot-dip galvanised inside and out. This is why AIRCRAFT offers a 15-year guarantee against rusting through on the AIRPROFI series boilers.
