Viscous two-component construction adhesive based on epoxy resin. Solvent-free, contains filler. 2:1 mixing ratio. For indoor and outdoor use.

For bonding in horizontal areas, levelling unevenness in natural and artificial stone, filling joints, casting in reinforcing steel. Good adhesion to metal and damp stone. Suitable for bonding, reinforcing and filling natural stone, granite, marble and limestone, artificial stone, terrazzo, glass/carbon fibre, metal, glass, wood.

Adhesive with long working and curing time, low UV stability. For rigid bonding. Pigmentable and easy to polish. Adhesive with extremely low shrinkage during curing. For extremely weather-resistant bonding. Good thermal stability, approx. 60 - 70° C for stressed bonds, approx. 100 - 110° C for unstressed bonds. Very good alkali stability, therefore very suitable for bonding to concrete. Suitable for bonding solvent-sensitive materials (e.g. polystyrene, ABS).

Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded before use and lightly roughen.

The mixture remains workable for approx. 40 - 50 minutes (20° C). The bonded parts are ready for transport after approx. 6 - 8 hours (20° C) and can be loaded and machined after 12 - 16 hours (20° C).
Maximum strength after 7 days (20° C). Tools can be cleaned with nitro thinner. Heat accelerates, cold delays curing.
