Creamy, solvent-free, contains filler. Two-component epoxy resin-based adhesive with modified polyamine hardener. Mixing ratio 2:1.
Suitable manual glue guns are required to squeeze out the 50 ml and 400 ml cartridges.
For bonding vertical and uneven surfaces. For levelling unevenness. For bonding natural stone such as marble and granite with good adhesion even on slightly damp stone, for bonding artificial stone and building materials (concrete, terrazzo) also with other materials such as iron, steel and aluminium, for bonding ceramics and porcelain stoneware. Also suitable for many other materials such as various plastics (rigid PVC, polyester, polystyrene, ABS, PC), paper, wood and glass. Not suitable for polyolefins (PE, PP), silicones, HFCs (Teflon), soft PVC, soft PU and butyl rubber.
Adhesive with extremely low shrinkage during curing. For extremely weather-resistant bonding. Good temperature stability from -20° C to 60 - 70° C for stressed
bonds and up to approx. 100 - 110° C for unstressed bonds.
Clean the surfaces to be bonded thoroughly and roughen lightly before use.
The mixture remains workable for approx. 20 - 30 minutes (20° C). The bonded parts are ready for transport after approx. 3 - 5 hours (20°C) and can be loaded and worked on after 8 - 10 hours (20°C). Maximum strength after 7 days (20°C). Tools can be cleaned with nitro thinner. Heat accelerates, cold delays curing.
