Creamy, stable 2-component adhesive based on epoxy resin, especially for flat, rigid bonding. Very fast curing (2 - 4 hours). For indoor use. Mixing ratio 3:1.

AKEPOX 7030 Panel Adhesive is ideal for bonding thin ceramics as well as natural and artificial stone to cement-coated rigid foam panels. The adhesive is also ideal for sandwich bonding (e.g. GRP-coated aluminium honeycomb) with stone or ceramic. It can also be used for bonding materials such as wood, paper and polystyrene.

The creamy, stable 2-component epoxy resin-based adhesive with a modified polyamine hardener is easy to use and offers very fast curing (approx. 2 - 4 hours at 20° C). For indoor use. With low UV stability. The adhesive contains fillers and is solvent-free with very good stability for horizontal and vertical applications. Low shrinkage during curing, therefore minimal tension in the adhesive layer. For bonding natural stone, granite, marble, limestone, quartz composite, ceramic, artificial stone, terrazzo, glass/carbon fibre, wood.

APPLICATION:

The bonding surfaces must be clean, dry, sound and roughened. Measure out component A and component B exactly in the correct mixing ratio. Only take component A and component B with separate spatulas. Mix both components well to create a mass with a homogeneous colour.

Colouring is possible by adding AKEPOX colouring pastes or colour concentrates up to max. 5 %. Do not use at temperatures below 10° C, as otherwise sufficient curing cannot take place. Adhesive that has already thickened or is gelling must no longer be processed.
