Everclear 510 gel-like 2K PUR adhesive

2-component polyurethane adhesive, transparent. High resistance to yellowing, even for very light-coloured natural stone. For indoor and outdoor use. Solvent-free. Pigmentable. Mixing ratio 1:1.

EVERCLEAR 510 can be used to bond and cement natural stone, especially marble and granite. As the adhesive is highly resistant to yellowing, it is also suitable for very light-coloured natural stone. In addition to artificial stone or building materials such as terrazzo and concrete, other materials such as plastics, paper, wood, glass and many other materials can also be bonded with EVERCLEAR 510. We generally recommend a test bond. EVERCLEAR 510 is not suitable for bonding polyolefins such as PE and PP, Teflon (e.g. PTFE), silicone and plasticised materials such as soft PVC.

Due to its gel-like, smooth consistency, EVERCLEAR 510 has good stability for vertical bonding, but also offers the possibility of creating thin adhesive joints.

EVERCLEAR 510 is suitable for bonding hard stone (e.g. granite) and techno-ceramics indoors and outdoors, and for bonding soft stone (marble, Jura limestone, etc.) indoors. In areas with permanent moisture or direct contact with water, the adhesive is only suitable to a limited extent.

The adhesive can be easily coloured, e.g. with AKEMI polyester colouring pastes.

Working time approx. 10 - 12 minutes (20° C). Ready for transport after approx. 2 hours at (20°C). Can be loaded and worked after approx. 6 hours. Final strength after approx. 7 days.

A suitable skeleton gun (395 ml, 1:1) is required to use the 395 ml 2K cartridge.
