The large roughing knife has a straight blade with a rounded, durable tip. It is particularly suitable for removing a lot of material and is also an excellent all-purpose carving tool. The super-sharp blade is made of hardened carbon steel and enables carving of both soft and hard wood. The ash wood handle sits comfortably in the hand, even when carving for long periods of time.
