The spoon carving set contains a carving knife and a paring knife: The carving knife can be used to remove material and is very suitable for carving out fine details. When carving spoons and bowls, the chip carving knife is used to create and smooth the outer shape. The spoon knife (hook knife) is used to cut out the cavity of the spoon, bowl or kuksa.

The carving tools are made of durable carbon steel and are very sharp, so that both softwood and hardwood can be worked on easily. The ash wood handles are treated with linseed oil for durability.

With the leather honing strap and honing paste, the tool blades are maintained and kept razor sharp to guarantee perfect carving results.
