Smooth concrete modelling clay for modelling figures and objects. Air hardening.
The modelling concrete is an extra-light, self-adhesive mineral modelling clay made from the highest quality raw materials with very low alkalinity. The compound is suitable for free modelling as well as for filling moulds, layering half moulds and the roller and build-up technique. The concrete modelling clay can also be used to make slabs for cutting out with moulds. The compound can be coloured with CREARTEC pigment powder, for example.
To mould the kneading concrete, only the hands need to be wetted. The mixture only starts to harden after more than two hours. Until then, it can be processed individually. The concrete mass hardens completely in the air within two days. If objects or sculptures made of modelling clay are to be painted in colour, we recommend priming with casting compound primer. The surface can then be painted with acrylic paints, watercolours or varnish.
The modelling concrete is not suitable for outdoor use. Alternatively, there is professional modelling concrete, which is weather-resistant but not frost-proof.
Real modelling concrete is an ideal material for the studio, at home, at school, in leisure and therapy facilities.
