Two-component casting resin, unfilled, colourless, transparent. Good UV resistance. For layer thicknesses up to 90 mm. Hardness of the end product can be adjusted flexibly or rigidly by varying the amount of hardener added. Cures at room temperature. Component A + component B.
Transparent epoxy casting resin with long curing time. The system consists of an unfilled epoxy resin with low viscosity and an amine hardener. The casting resin has good UV resistance, but slight yellowing occurs with prolonged UV exposure. Depending on how much hardener is added to the resin, the end product is either flexible or rigid.
APPLICATION:
Measure component A and component B carefully and in the correct mixing ratio. Mix both components thoroughly to create a homogeneous, streak-free mass, avoiding air pockets as far as possible. For some applications, it may be advisable to preheat the components and/or carry out a deaeration step under vacuum before pouring the compound.
The hardener can be used in variable mixing ratios depending on the desired hardness of the end product:
Rigid system (low modulus of elasticity), Shore D 80: 45 parts W 1150
Flexible system, Shore A 70: 90 parts W 1150

Viscosity at 25° C: 30 - 60 mPas

Density at 25° C: 0.96 - 1.00 g/ml
Properties after curing (24 hours KT (room temperature) + 15 hours 60° C):
