Two-component epoxy resin filler with glass fibre filling and light filler. For layers of max. 15 mm. Component A + component B.
Fillable epoxy resin for supporting moulds, mould making, models, reinforcements. Cures at room temperature. Particularly suitable for the production of lightweight components with good dimensional stability.
PROCESSING:
Weigh component A (resin) and component B (hardener) exactly in a ratio of 100:5 (parts by weight/g) and mix well by hand or machine (recommended) to produce a homogeneous mass. Avoid air pockets. Apply the epoxy compound with a roller or by hand to the calibrated layer thickness.

Working time at 25° C (500 ml, 80 mm): 20 - 30 minutes
Setting time at 25° C (15 ml, 5 mm): 3 - 4 hours
Demoulding time at 25° C (15 ml, 5 mm): 10 - 12 hours
Post-treatment at 60° C (optional): 12 - 15 hours
Exothermic peak at 25° C (500 ml, 80 mm): 65° - 67° C
Maximum recommended layer thickness: 15 mm

Density at 25° C: 1.15 - 1.25 g/ml
Properties of hardener IPE724 blu (component B) before processing:
Viscosity at 25° C: 180 - 250 mPas
Colour: blue
Density at 25° C: 0.99 - 1.01 g/ml
Properties after curing:
Colour: grey-green
Density at 25° C: 1.15 - 1.25 g/ml
Hardness at 25° C: 82 - 84 Shore D/15
Glass transition: 56° - 62° C
Recommended maximum operating temperature: 55° C
