Two-component epoxy resin for laminating, unfilled. For layers of max. 5 mm. Component B.
Laminating epoxy with high dimensional stability. Can be reinforced with glass fibre mats, glass fabrics or chopped glass fibres.
For moulds, support moulds, template moulds for ceramics, foundry patterns, copy patterns, assembly and control gauges, cores, sheet metal moulds, moulds in general.
APPLICATION:
Measure component A and component B carefully and in the correct mixing ratio. Mix both components thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous, streak-free mass, avoiding air inclusions as far as possible. Apply in layers with a roller or brush, for medium and thick layers use a glass fibre mat etc.

Demoulding time (15 ml, 6 mm, 25° C): 8 - 10 hours
Post-treatment at 60° C: (10 - 15 hours)
Exothermic peak at 25°C (40mm, 100ml): 130° - 140° C
Initial viscosity of the mixture at 25° C: 650 - 1250 mPas
Maximum recommended layer thickness: 5 mm

Viscosity at 25° C: 1350 - 1750 mPas
Colour: pale yellow
Density at 25° C: 1.14 - 1.16 g/ml
Properties of hardener K12 (component B) before processing:
Viscosity at 25° C: 150 - 250 mPas
Colour: colourless
Density at 25° C: 0.99 - 1.01 g/ml
Properties after curing:
Colour: pale yellow
Density at 25° C: 1.09 - 1.11 g/ml
Hardness at 25° C: 86 - 88 Shore D/15
Linear shrinkage: 0.8-1.0 ‰
Glass transition: 57° - 62° C
