KAPRA diamond cutting blade for fast and clean cuts in sandstone and abrasive stone. The Turbo-Spike cutting disc consists of a special sintered diamond bond for abrasive stone. This ensures a long service life with excellent cutting behaviour.
The flange is made of steel and is more resilient than standard aluminium flanges. The screw connection of the flange is cleanly glued in.
The sharp-edged diamond particles are embedded in the metal in sintered diamond cutting blades. Abrasion of the metal occurs during the cutting process. This means that new diamond particles are constantly being deposited on the metal surface. This keeps the cutting disc sharp or it re-sharpens itself during the cutting process, which leads to optimum cutting results. This applies in particular to the cutting of medium to highly abrasive types of stone.
