KRONE alabaster molding plaster

Plaster for making casts, modelling and mould making. Natural plaster made from high-quality Harz Zechstein gypsum.

Its high degree of whiteness and purity with ultra-fine grinding characterise the alabaster molding plaster from KRONE. The natural plaster contains no additives, is non-toxic and non-corrosive as well as ecologically safe. Not weather-resistant (sealing required).

Processing:

Slowly trickle the alabaster molding plaster into the mixing water, then allow to soak for approx. 2 minutes, then stir vigorously and intensively and apply immediately.

Only use stainless steel tools for application. Clean tools with water immediately after use. The processing temperature should not be below + 5° C. If the plaster is to be coloured, first allow the plaster to harden sufficiently and prime.

Technical data:

Start of stiffening: 15 minutes +/- 5 minutes

End of stiffening: 36 minutes +/- 8 minutes

Swelling: approx. 2 mm/m

Mixing ratio:

For modelling, use approx. 5 - 6 litres of mixing water for 10 kg of KRONE alabaster molding plaster

For moulding use approx. 7 litres of mixing water for 10 kg of KRONE alabaster molding plaster

Classification according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008: The product is not classified as hazardous according to the GHS/CLP guidelines and does not require labelling.
