Riving knife ground on both sides with a blade thickness of 2.5 mm. Blade length 114 mm. With the splitting knife with birch wood handles on both sides of the blade, you can easily split wood and produce smaller pieces of wood for carving, for example.
The steel used is TRIFLEX, a modified carbon steel that is hardened up to 59 - 60 HRC and can withstand high stress without breaking.
