The blade is made of a high percentage of carbon steel.
Care instructions: Carbon steel oxidises and can be attacked by moisture or corrosive environments. We therefore recommend that you wipe and oil the blade after use.
Knives have been made in Mora, Sweden, for over 400 years. The history of MORAKNIV began in 1891 when Frost-Erik Erson returned to his home town in the Mora region after four years in North America: Frost-Erik Erson initially made tools for his own wooden sledge factory.
