Stainless steel (stainless steel) paring knife with single-edged blade for right-handed use. With leather sheath. For carving spoons, bowls and hollow moulds from wood.
The paring knife has a single-edged stainless steel blade for use with the right hand. The back of the knife is not sharp, which has the advantage that additional pressure can be applied with the thumb or left hand when carving if required.
The MORAKNIV paring knife has an optimised blade that allows hollow shapes to be carved particularly smoothly. The strongly curved paring knife is ideal for carving spoons, bowls and dishes.

Handle length: approx. 110 mm
Total length of the knife: 164 mm
Blade thickness: 2.0 mm

To protect the knife and prevent injuries, the paring knife comes with a simple but ingeniously designed blade guard made from Swedish vegetable-tanned leather.
Knives have been made in Mora, Sweden, for over 400 years. The story of MORAKNIV begins in 1891, when Frost-Erik Erson returned to his hometown in the Mora region after four years in North America: Frost-Erik Erson initially made tools for his own wooden sledge factory. However, knife production soon grew and Mora knives from Frost found their way all over the world. To this day, MORAKNIV stands for high-quality knives for construction and crafts, food processing and outdoor activities.
