Ideal for CUTURI pneumatic hammers. For regulating the compressed air volume directly on the pneumatic hammer. With 1/4'' internal thread and 1/4'' external thread.
Brass tap in a compact design for installation between the pneumatic hammer and flexible compressed air hose for convenient regulation of the amount of compressed air arriving at the pneumatic hammer if the pneumatic hammer does not have a corresponding compressed air regulator, as is the case with CUTURI pneumatic hammers, for example.
To fit the end of the flexible compressed air hose with an air flow control, screw the hose nozzle with 1/4'' external thread (item 258046835) into the 1/4'' internal thread of the air flow control, insert the end of the hose nozzle into the hose and secure with a suitable hose clip.
Caution: The compressed air cannot be completely switched off with the air flow control! To be able to switch off the compressed air, the air flow control can be combined with a ball valve. The additional installation of a ball valve makes it possible to switch the compressed air on and off near the pneumatic hammer without having to switch off the compressor.
To install a ball valve, cut the end of the flexible compressed air hose that will be connected to the CUTURI pneumatic hammer into two parts about an arm's length from the end of the hose. Insert a hose nozzle with a 3/8'' external thread (item 258046823) into each of the two hose openings created in this way. Secure the hose nozzles with suitable hose clips. Screw the two hose ends with hose nozzles to the ball valve.
