Treat yourself to a weekend of free work in wood on an idyllic little farm in the Bergisch region. At Kreativhaus ARTist in Wermelskirchen-Dabringhausen, you will find an inspiring workspace and professional support for realising your project in wood. In addition to learning how to use the usual sculpting tools, they can also learn how to work with a carving saw. The courses are suitable for participants with and without previous sculpting experience.
If you are interested, we offer individual childcare parallel to the sculpture courses (e.g. fun and games with horses, mosaic workshop, creative crafts). I am delighted when my course participants manage to get into a state of flow, leave thought patterns and inner brakes behind them and enter into a free creative process.
The creation of a sculpture goes through different phases, e.g. slow approach, courageous intervention, chaos, inspiring realisation, freeing oneself from fixed ideas, losing oneself in details, taking a step back, getting involved in the circumstances and enjoying the result.
