MORE INFO
Blade thickness 0.4 mm. Single-sided serrated fine handsaw without blade backs for extra fine and precise cuts in wood, especially cross cuts and mitre cuts. Also for dovetail joints. With replaceable blade.
The Japanese pull saw from SHARK SAW with classic wood/bamboo handle enables fine and precise, narrow and clean cuts in wood with its saw blade with extra fine teeth. It is ideal for cross and mitre cuts. The saw blade without blade backs also allows deeper cuts and the cutting of wood with a larger diameter.
Saw blade partially laser-hardened.
Japanese pull saws (Nokogiri) of the Kataba type. Kataba saws have a long, single-toothed blade with a short, non-reinforced blade back. A kataba is particularly suitable for long, deep and very precise cuts without jamming, which cannot be performed with other Japanese saws such as Dozuki and Ryoba. To prevent the blade from twisting so much when sawing, the blade thickness of a Kataba is usually greater than that of a comparable Dozuki.
