The TTS-100 setting gauge for turning tools guarantees the simple repeatability of an exact grinding angle for most turning tools once their profiles are known. The adjustment then only takes a few seconds, which makes the grinding process significantly faster.
The TTS-100 setting gauge for turning tools works regardless of the diameter of the grinding wheel. Even if the grindstone becomes smaller over time due to wear, you will always get the same bevel angle. The setting gauge for turning steel can also be used to set the bevel angle on the honing wheel.
