Please remember to order the hardener W 241 or W 242 (component B) separately!
For transparent moulds and coatings/coatings. Also suitable for large objects due to the long processing time (pot life) and the relatively low heat development during curing (exothermic reaction).
Maximum casting thickness with hardener W 241 (component B): 100 mm
Maximum casting thickness with hardener W 242 (component B): 10 mm
Density of component A 1.125 kg/dm³
Application:
Mix component A and component B (hardener) well in a ratio of 100:50 (parts by volume/ml) or 100:45 (parts by weight/g). Avoid air pockets. Apply the epoxy compound.
With hardener W 241 (component B): Long processing time. Recommended for casting coatings with a thickness of 3 - 5 cm or for casting up to a maximum thickness of 10 cm at a quantity of 1 litre.
With hardener W 242 (component B): Accelerates the curing process. Recommended for moulding up to a maximum thickness of 1 cm. Good resistance to yellowing. Excessive UV radiation causes slight clouding.
Do not process below 15° C room temperature. Surface structure and transparency may otherwise change.
