PRICES

The prices shown on the product pages include the statutory VAT applicable in Germany. For orders from other countries, the prices may differ and, depending on the sales tax applicable in the recipient country, may be higher or lower than initially indicated in the webshop. The actual prices are displayed automatically during the ordering process after entering the recipient country, as are the shipping costs. For further information, please refer to our AGB.

- SEPA (bank transfer in advance)

- Giropay in Germany

- iDEAL in the Netherlands

- Bancontact in Belgium

- eps in Austria

* Institutions outside Germany can request purchase on account by email.

For the processing of your payments we work together with the payment service provider Mollie. The secure and confidential transfer of your data is guaranteed.

In individual cases, we also reserve the right to deliver in Germany against advance payment or deposit - e.g. for very large orders if we do not know you yet. We have to do this to hedge our credit risk - we ask for your understanding!

Some products are invoiced according to their actual weight. The invoice amount is then usually lower than the amount displayed in the shopping basket. If you have already paid in this case, we will refund your overpayment immediately after invoicing.
