PRICES

The prices displayed on the product pages in the web store are composed of the net price of the products and the statutory sales tax applicable for Germany.

For orders from countries other than Germany, the final prices may differ, depending on the country to which delivery is to be made. This is because the price is then made up of the net price and the sales tax applicable in the recipient country. The final prices may be correspondingly higher or lower than initially indicated in the web store.

The actual prices will be displayed automatically during the ordering process after entering the recipient country, as well as the shipping costs. For further information, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY

Shipments within Germany are carried out by our shipping service provider DHL. Shipments of heavy and/or bulky goods are carried out by UPS or may be shipped by a forwarding agent.

If individual items of the order are not in stock at short notice, bildhau reserves the right to partial delivery within Germany without incurring additional costs for the Customer.

Shipping costs for standard shipping within Germany are 5.95 € incl. VAT. From an order value of 140.00 € incl. VAT we deliver free of shipping costs, provided that your order does not contain heavy and/or bulky products.

For the shipping of heavy and/or bulky products we charge shipping costs regardless of the order value. These are slightly higher than the standard shipping costs as the expenditure for the handling and the packing of these products is larger than with other products. The shipping costs may also depend on the weight of the goods. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping basket.

Freight forwarding deliveries can be advised. The delivery is exclusively free to curbside. In the forwarding business, this is understood to mean the standard delivery of a forwarding company: the goods are usually on a pallet, which is unloaded from the truck with a lift truck and brought to the curb or to the sidewalk at the delivery address. To what extent the delivery can be brought e.g. also up to the property, into the house or up to the place of installation or use, may be arranged by the recipient on site - the forwarding agency is however not obliged to do so. bildhau has no influence on this.

We offer express shipping within Germany from Monday to Thursday to the next business day. The goods must be available and the order is received before 12:00 a.m. The following shipping costs apply to UPS Express shipping:

National, up to 30 kg: Delivery by the next business day for 22.90 euros per package.

SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Shipments to the following European countries are carried out by our shipping service DHL. Shipments of heavy and/or bulky goods are carried out by UPS or may be shipped by a forwarding agent.

If individual items of the order are not in stock at short notice, partial deliveries are possible. However, partial deliveries will only be made at the express request of the customer. In the case of necessary subsequent deliveries, shipping costs are incurred in this case, which are to be borne by the customer.

For the following countries the shipping costs apply in standard shipping, provided your order does not contain heavy and/or bulky products:

We always charge shipping costs for heavy and/or bulky products. The shipping costs for heavy products are shown in the shopping basket. For bulky products we will ask our forwarding agent for the shipping costs. We refer you to the binding shipping costs in an individually prepared order confirmation. We will only ship your order after you have accepted the shipping costs.

Please note that for shipments to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Norway) you may be charged the costs of customs clearance and import VAT when the goods are delivered by the carrier! We have no influence on this process.

SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES

bildhau delivers to all countries worldwide. Shipments to all countries not listed so far will be carried out by UPS or forwarding agent.

The shipping costs for shipments to all countries other than those listed above, we request individually from our shipping service provider. We will inform you of the binding shipping costs in an individual order confirmation. The dispatch will take place only after you accepted these forwarding expenses.

SHIPPING PROCESS

As soon as you have placed your order via our shop, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail from us that informs you that we received your order. The bildhau team now checks the availability of the goods and the completeness of the buyer data. Your order will be ready for dispatch as soon as possible. More information on delivery times can be found here.

You will only receive an individual order confirmation from us if there is still something to clarify, e.g. the binding shipping or forwarding costs.

If your order is being shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from our shipping service. With our shipping service DPD you have the option of arranging an individual delivery date, of changing the delivery address or issuing a delivery permit if you are not at home on the scheduled delivery date.
