If you want it fast - the delivery times for shipping within Germany
Our aim is to get the goods you have ordered to their destination as quickly as possible. Orders received by us by 12.00 noon on a working day Monday - Friday (with the exception of sculpture stones) are usually handed over to our shipping service provider on the same day if all goods are available. Products that we can ship immediately - which is most of them - are marked green in the shop. As soon as we have handed over your order to our shipping service provider, you will usually receive the delivery within one to two days.
Once all goods are available, you will receive the delivery within one to two days.
If you are in a hurry with your order and need a specific delivery date, call us!For same-day shipping, we need your call by 12.00 noon. As a rule, our shipping service provider delivers from one day to the next within Germany. For an additional charge, delivery can be guaranteed by 12:00 noon the following day by UPS if you book an express delivery. To do this, we need to receive your order before 2pm. Our range is anything but standard - we are proud of that! That's why we can't always quote standard delivery times. In addition, we work in a small team of specialists - this is the only way we can meet the often very special wishes of our customers. Why the standard delivery times cannot apply to all products, as much as we would like them to, is something we are happy to explain:
Each sculpture stone that you order is individually selected by us for you, if necessary also cut to size. We try to come as close as possible to your ideas, because we want you to get exactly the material you need for your project. The sculptor's stones that you can buy from us vary greatly in size, weight and shape, which means that the packaging of each stone is also elaborate and individual. In order to be as economical as possible, shipping takes place once a week. The delivery time for stones is therefore 2 - 10 working days.
We offer a wide range of high-quality special tools. Many of these tools are rarely in demand and are therefore not directly available from our stock. Nevertheless, we would like to make it possible for you to obtain these tools from us. There are tools that we can have in stock within a few days and send on to you immediately. These tools are marked yellow in the shop. Some tools may take a little longer, especially if they are handmade in small quantities or come from overseas. In this case, there may be longer delivery times, which we cannot always foresee. We will inform you about this immediately by email after receiving your order!
If your order contains products with different delivery times, we may take the liberty of sending you the products that can be delivered immediately and of delivering the other products in Germany free of charge. But you will also receive information about this from us after we have received your order - and we will deliver in the way that suits you best.
Lovers of PFEIL carving tools will know it: Due to the great demand for these traditional Swiss tools, there may be delivery bottlenecks for which we are not responsible. We ask for your understanding! Sometimes tools have been announced to us for a long time, but do not arrive. This does not make us happy and you probably even less - but we are still so convinced of the quality of the tools that we think it is worth waiting. If you need a tool quickly, please contact us, because we might be able to offer you an alternative tool that is very close to the one you want!
