Kunst und Kultur auf Kreta
Lagolio liegt in Südkreta nahe dem bekannten
Komosstrand. Historische Stätte, wie Gortyn und Phaistos befinden sich in
unmittelbarer Nähe und laden zur Besichtigung ein. Die Kurse finden auf einer
großen Terrasse eines traditionellen kretischen Steinhauses statt. Das
Bergpanorama, die weite Sicht auf die Messaraebene und das Meer inspirieren
ebenso, wie das milde Klima und die mediterranen Kräuter. Lassen Sie sich auf
eine interessante Reise der Sinne ein vor großartigem Panorama. Das Bearbeiten
von Marmor und Alabaster ist auch eine Begegnung mit sich selbst.

Art and Culture on Crete
The village of Lagolio lies on the the southern slopes
of the Psiloritis (the highest mountain in Crete) approximately 7 km from the
popular sandy beaches of southern Crete. Many historic sites are within easy
travelling distance, for instance Gortys and Phaistos, and are well worth a
visit.
The course takes place on the edge of Lagolio on a
larger terrace of a traditional Cretan stone house. The panoramic views of the
mountains, the Messara plateau and the sea provide inspiration as does the mild
climate and the fragrance of Mediterranean herbs. Working with marble and
alabaster is an encounter with yourself as you undertake a journey of the
senses.
