The knives can be easily changed using the enclosed spanner. The individual knives are circular. Before the blades need to be replaced in order to achieve full sharpness again, they can be turned twice slightly: To do this, loosen the blades and turn them by approx. 120° each time. This aligns the unused part of the cutting edge with the cutting flight circle so that the sharp part of the cutting edge can be used again.
