MORE INFO
Two-component elastomer polyurethane system, hardness 60 Shore A for moulding & casting. For the production of casting moulds for concrete & plaster, prototypes, pre-series & medium-hard components. High tensile strength. Good elongation at break.
PUR rubber Polurea 60 is ideal for moulding models made of concrete, plaster, metal or synthetic resin, for example. For vacuum or atmospheric pressure moulding.
Application
Clean the model to be moulded thoroughly. If necessary, depending on the material of your model, apply a suitable agent to close the pores or a release agent. Carefully measure the two components (resin:hardener in a weight ratio of 100:50 OR in a volume ratio of 100:45). Mix the two components thoroughly until the compound has a homogeneous consistency. Process the finished PUR rubber compound immediately and quickly!
Only mould dry models - if you use a release agent, make sure that it has dried well on the model. Work at a room temperature above 15° C.
PUR rubber Polurea 60 can be pigmented. Please test in advance whether the pigments are compatible with PUR-Kautschuk Polurea 60.
