silicone mold release agent creamy

Vaseline-based release agent containing fat. Separates silicone from silicone and plaster from plaster. Solvent-free. Free of harmful substances.

Prevents the silicone parts created one after the other from bonding together when producing multi-part silicone moulds. Also suitable for the production of plaster moulds.

APPLICATION:

Apply a thin layer of release cream to the areas to be separated, especially when producing multi-part silicone moulds or plaster support moulds.

Apply a thin layer of release cream to the areas where silicone and plaster mouldings have already been completed and are in contact with new mouldings to be produced, before producing further mouldings, so that the mouldings cannot stick together.

If the plaster has a finely textured surface, apply a thin layer of release cream. A microfine layer of release agent is already sufficient as release protection. To liquefy the release cream, remove the cap from the bottle and place the bottle in a container filled with hot water for a few minutes.

The release agent can be easily removed from plaster or silicone parts with hot soapy water or silicone remover.
